Directions:

Add this blend on your diffuser or spritzer. You can also add 3 to 5 drops of this blend on a bowl of warm water and place near your bed. For bedtime massage, add 1oz Jojoba oil or almond into the blend and massage on your back, feet, nape and temples.

Massage Blend for Sleep

Ingredients:

2 drops Sweet Marjoram

2 drops Sandalwood

4 drops Rose

1oz Almond Oil or Coconut Oil

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a glass bottle or container. Add 5 to 8 drops of this blend into your warm bath and soak for 10 to 15 minutes. You can also use this blend to massage your back, nape and feet. If you don’t have time for massage, simple put 2 drops of this blend on your palms and rub. Cup your nose with your palms and inhale.

Relax and Calm Sleep Blend

Ingredients:

2 drops Ylang-Ylang

2 drops Rose

2 drops Neroli

1 oz Jojoba Oil

Directions:

Use this blend to massage your feet, back of your neck and your back before going to sleep. You can also add 3 to 5 drops into your warm bath. If you don’t have a diffuser, add 3 to 5 drops in your spritzer and spray all over your bedroom and on your pillow.

Four Flowers Sleep Blend

2 drops Rose

2 drops Lavender

2 drops Jasmine

2 drops Ylang-Ylang

Directions:

Add these oils in your diffuser or in a bowl of warm water. The synergy of floral scents in this blend is highly intoxicating and will put you to sleep almost instantly.

Night Time Blend

Ingredients:

5 drops Clary Sage

5 drops Bergamot

10 drops Roman Chamomile

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a dark-colored glass bottle with dropper. Add 2 to 3 drops on a cotton ball and place on your pillow to help you get a better sleep. You can also add this blend in your diffuser, a few minutes before your intended bed time.

Sleep Spritzer Blend

Ingredients:

10 drops Bergamot

10 drops Clary Sage

10 drops Lavender

1.5 fl oz Distilled Water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a 4oz glass spray bottle. Add distilled water. Close the lid and shake to combine the ingredients well. Spray your pillow and bed linen. You can also spray this blend all over your room at least 10 minutes before you retire to bed.

Flowery Fresh Spritzer Spray

Ingredients:

20 drops Roman Chamomile

15 drops Bergamot

10 drops Clary Sage

10 drops Mandarin

1 drops Lavender

1.5 fl oz Distilled Water

Directions:

Use this blend to spray your entire room, pillows and bed linens or you can add it to your diffuser and soak your senses into this intoxicating and relaxing aroma.

Citrusy Rose Sleep Blend

Ingredients:

15 drops Bergamot

15 drops Sandalwood

2 drops Jasmine

2 drops Rose

1.5 fl oz Distilled Water

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a spritzer and spray to your entire room, pillows and bed linens, 10 to 15 minutes before your bedtime.

Sensual Flower Blend

Ingredients:

10 drops Bergamot

10 drops Sandalwood

3 drops Lemon

2 drops Ylang Ylang

2 drops Jasmine

Directions:

You can add this blend in your diffuser or in a spritzer to spray on your bedroom. If using as spritzer, add 1.5 fl oz distilled water or Vodka (high-proof alcohol) and spray on your pillows, bed linens and your entire bedroom. This blend is very relaxing and uplifting.
